Not at all! Our sessions are aimed at all abilities and although sessions may have mixed abilities the coaches will make sure everyone’s needs are catered for.

We are sure that you will love the friendly atmosphere and helpful coaching at our club. However we are aware that people have to be sure they are making the right choice for them, so normally people can attend the first few sessions before committing to the annual membership.

No the only thing is that you should have suitable running shoes, and cool or warm appropriate clothing depending on the season. There are many specialist-running shops, which can assist in helping choosing the right shoe type for you. Bright clothing is advisable for the darker evenings, as many sessions will be outside of the stadium and on the open roads. Also the club has extensive equipment available to members participating in the track and filed events.

Although we would love as many of our members to compete, we understand that many people either choose not too or have work and or family commitments, which have precedence.

No, many of the members are only able to attend once a week or sometimes not at all but turn up for race meetings etc.
