Minor race 2-11 years begins at 10.15am
Junior race 12 years and over starts 10.30am
Senior 10km (ish) race begins at 11am 16 years old and over
All race numbers are collected on the day from Gypsies Green Stadium, (NE33 2JH) from 9.00am.
The race begins outside the Sand Dancer pub on the promenade 1 min walk from Gypsies Green Stadium.

On the day registrations are available from Gypsies Green from 9am until 10am. £5 minor/junior race, £21 affiliated runner, and £23 unaffiliated runner for 10km senior race.

Transfers of numbers allowed in the 10km race up until Wednesday 9th April. You can do this via the sign-up webpage https://www.eventsupnorth.co.uk/event/757
Parking is available at South Promenade Car Park (NE33 3NB) next to the Sand Dancer pub; pay and display, and PaybyPhone app available.
All runners of all races will receive a medal, a running buff and refreshments.
There will be cash prizes for age category winners along with 1st, 2nd and 3rd for the 10km (ish) multi-terrain race only.
